This Privacy Policy applies to the HBS Innovate mobile application (the “Application”) provided by HBS Innovate(the “Service Provider”) as a free service. The Application is provided “AS IS”.

- App usage data such as accessed features, time and date of use, and duration of sessions

The Application does not collect precise location data.

Face Data (Facial Information)
The Application processes facial images from photos that are selected or captured directly by the user for photo editing purposes. Facial data consists only of visual information contained in the image pixels.
The Application does not collect, analyze, or store biometric identifiers, facial recognition data, face mapping data, or any data used to identify or authenticate users.
Facial data is used exclusively to provide user-initiated features such as face enhancement, photo retouching, and visual effects. Facial data is not used for identity verification, advertising, analytics, tracking, or profiling.
Facial data is processed temporarily and is not stored permanently. All facial data is automatically deleted after processing is completed or when the Application is closed.
Use of Artificial Intelligence
The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies solely to enable image processing and photo editing features, including facial enhancements and visual effects.
AI processing does not involve facial recognition, biometric identification, or user profiling. Any facial data processed by AI is handled temporarily and is not retained or shared with third parties.
Third-Party Services
The Application may use third-party services strictly for app functionality, analytics, or monetization. These services operate under their own privacy policies.
